Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Nevada Technical Associates, Inc. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
Nevada Technical Associates, Inc. accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Purchase Orders
We accept all company and government purchase orders. Our standard terms are Net 30. When placing a purchase order we ask that you mail or fax us a copy of your company's official purchase order. We do not accept verbal purchase orders or internal purchase requisitions.
Demonstration Videos
We no longer send out physical VHS tapes or DVDs for preview. If you find a product you would like to preview contact us and we can usually arrange to have a preview made available to you via the website. The vast majority of our products already have an associated demo video and this video can be viewed by clicking on the "details" link of each product from the category or sub-category the product is in.
International Orders
We accept international orders. It is in your best interest to contact us via phone, fax, or email before placing your order to confirm shipping rates. The shipping rates will vary greatly depending upon the items ordered and which location the items are being shipped to. For international orders greater than $500.00 U.S. we prefer to receive payment in advance using a bank/wire transfer or check drawn on U.S. funds. The receiver is ultimately responsible for paying any duties when the products are imported.
NTSC/PAL/SECAM Television Formats
We frequently receive orders from overseas. This presents a problem as there are several different television standards used throughout the world. The most common are NTSC, PAL, and sECAM. The U.S., Canada, Mexico, most of Central America, and a many South American countries use the NTSC format. The rest of the world is divided between PAL, and SECAM, with PAL being the most popualr.
If you are ordering from overseas we encourage you to make sure you understand which television standard your country is using. If you reside in a country that uses either PAL or SECAM you will need special equipment to view an NTSC formatted video, or you may need to get your video title converted to PAL or SECAM.
We are able to convert your video title to PAL or SECAM for a fee of $35.00.
If you have a Multi-System VCR and Multi-System Television capable of viewing an NTSC formatted video then you will be just fine. Please double-check with your audio/visual department to make sure you have the equipment capable of viewing NTSC formatted VHS videotapes.
DVD versions of our video titles have roughly the same problem. Our DVDs are encoded with Region 0, or Region Free encoding. This means you should be able to view the DVDs anywhere in the world.
However, our DVDs are still produced in the NTSC format. You will need a DVD player, and Television set capable of viewing NTSC formatted DVDs. These are referred to as "Multi-System". Most new DVD players produced in Europe & Asia have built-in PAL converters that will display NTSC formatted DVDs that are manufactured in the U.S. Again, as with any VHS videocassettes, we encourage you to contact your audio/visual department to make sure you have the necessary equipment to view our NTSC formatted DVDs. At the present time we are not able to convert our NTSC formatted DVDs to the PAL or SECAM format.
Shipping
For international orders we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order. We prefer to present you with a shipping cost estimate before the transaction is concluded. The shipping costs listed on our website when placing your order are for U.S. locations only. Shipping charges outside the U.S. can become very expensive and vary significantly from region to region. We are willing to work with you, and are willing, in most cases, to use the shipping method you prefer. In most cases we ship orders via UPS, Fedex, or US Air Mail. Shipping companies are more efficient, safer, and cheaper in certain regions of the world, while less so in other regions. We encourage you to advise us which shipping company works best for your location prior to purchase, as you would know much more about your location than we would.

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. Credit cards are the most convenient method of transmitting payment.
