Autoclave Safety - An integral part of your university’s Laboratory Safety Program is comprised of the Chemical Hygiene Plan. A component of this plan is autoclave safety. Students, staff, and professors are to be protected from the health and safety hazards presented by the use of autoclaves in your laboratory.
