A systemof recognition and feedback to the group, and a good working relationshipbetween them and the supervision. Supervisors should remain flexible. Accept recommendations.Support team members when they’re right, and help them learn from theirmistakes. A harmonious relationship will foster the team’s welfare anddevelopment, and creates a spirit that will cause the team goal to be reached.Training is a major factor. A team needs specific knowledge in problem solvingtechniques, communications, and what’s expected of them. Stay focused on teamgoals, and remember each individual is important also. It’s a blend of each onetrying to do the best job possible to reach the goal. Be sure to hold shortterm meetings and discussions, sometimes called buzz groups, with smallergroups of the team to ensure all are on the right track.
