Overview:

This program addresses the current demand for safe and effective intervention strategies when treating patients with acute and/or chronic psychiatric concerns in a home setting. Topics include patient losses that affect perception of care, creating treatment goals, communication techniques for confused or mentally ill patients, and psychotropic medication management and compliance.
