This video provides an overview of home health nursing in two, twenty-minute sections - the initial visit to the patient by the home health nurse and a second visit in which complications arise. Mutual goal setting, a consultation between a nurse and a supervisor, a home health team meeting, and the home health nurse's discharge visit are illustrated.
