1. When I click "Buy" I get a web page that says "Internal Server Error." Why does this happen?

3. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits. The "Help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to allow our website to store "cookies" on your personal computer, or disable cookies altogether. We recommend that you leave cookies turned on.

5. Are Spanish versions of your videos or training materials available?

Yes, approximately 80% of our video titles and training materials have Spanish equivalents. You can tell which products have Spanish versions by viewing the detailed product listings. You can reach the detailed product listings by clicking the product icon. In the case of a video title the product icon is a small image of a videocassette. Within the detailed product listings you will see an option entitled "Spanish Version." This indicates a Spanish version of the product is available. When placing an order online you will need to choose this option when ordering the Spanish version of the video.

6. Do you have DVD versions of your safety videos?

Yes, nearly all of our videos are capable of being converted to DVD upon request. The video titles that have a "DVD Version" option in the detailed product listings are available to ship immediately, usually the next business day. If the detailed product listings do not include the option "DVD Version" we advise you to contact us by phone, fax, or email before placing your order to confirm that a DVD conversion is possible and when the conversion will be completed. Additional fee may apply for some video titles.
