Drunk Driving video Where single service cups (to be used but once) are supplied, both a sanitary container for the unused cups and a receptacle for disposing of the used cups shall be provided. An appropriate combination of engineering controls, work practices, and personal protective equipment shall be used to reduce and maintain employee exposure to or below published exposure levels for hazardous substances and health hazards.

All employees working on site (including heavy equipment operators, welding equipment safety, lead, laboratory personnel, general laborers and others) exposed to hazardous substances, health hazards, or safety hazards and their supervisors and management responsible for the site shall receive safety training videos to meet the requirements of the hazardous materials emergency plan before they are permitted to engage in hazardous waste operations that could expose them to hazardous substances, safety, or health hazards, and they shall receive review safety video training to update or refresh their safety certifications. Their function is to contain the release from a safe distance, keep it from spreading, and prevent exposures. Controls for drum or container opening equipment, monitoring equipment, and fire suppression equipment shall be located behind the explosion-resistant barrier.
