Overview:

This video conference looks at four case studies from past disasters: A chemical fire, a plane crash, a collapsing building and an earthquake in Mexico which has affected California's earthquake plan. People involved in the disaster share their experiences, their development of better disaster plans, and the personal interactions in their communities. Planning process steps also are discussed.
