Significant Labor Law Poster Updates: CO Labor Law Poster Update News, July 2007 -The federal government has increased the federal minimum wage
from $5.15 per hour to $5.85 an hour. The federal minimum wage
will increase again on July 24th 2008, and once again on July
24, 2009 (to $6.55/hr. and $7.25/hr., respectively). The new
federal minimum wage notice incorporates all three of these
scheduled increases.

updated its Discrimination posting.
CO Labor Law Poster Update News, January 2007 The
state of Colorado has increased its minimum wage from $5.15 per hour to
$6.85 per hour beginning January 1, 2007. The minimum wage for tipped
workers has increased from increases from $2.13 per hour to $3.83 per
hour.
